Honoring Betsy Lopata, Estelle Lubliner, and a special Memorial Tribute to Dr. Albert Hornblass Z"L

This year’s luncheon honored Betsy Lopata and Estelle Lubliner, two very special friends of Keren Or and active members of our Women’s Division.

Betsy, along with her husband Ben are long-time supporters of Keren Or who recently dedicated a treatment room for the new Hydrotherapy Center, currently nearing completion. Betsy reiterated and renewed her commitment, commenting “it is hard to imagine people who need and benefit from our help more than the children and young adults served by this wonderful school. The dedicated staff provides a warm and loving environment and the facilities are specially designed to help each individual reach his or her full potential. It is a privilege to be able to help the students of Keren Or make the most of their lives.”

Estelle, whose intense love of our special children in Israel prompted a major dedication in the Hydrotherapy Center, has also joined the board of directors of the women's division of Keren Or.

The group was also addressed by David Makovsky, Senior Fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy and the luncheon concluded with a much anticipated raffle drawing, the great prizes adding just the right note of fun and excitement to a wonderful afternoon.
